Appointment Booking • Deposit Requirement Every guest must now submit a deposit for all services booked, no exceptions. • Late Arrival If you are 15+ minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. Cancellation Policy • 48 Hour Notice of Cancellation A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required to avoid a 50% fee of chosen service. • No Show If guest is a no show, the card on file will be charged 50% of chosen service. Extra Guests • No extra guests including children, partners, spouses, pets. They will be asked to wait in their vehicle. Appointments can tend to be lengthy. Please consider adequate child/pet care as your appointment may be rescheduled. Health Policy • Illness Clients who are feeling unwell (e.g., sick with flu, cold, or COVID-19) are asked to reschedule their appointment.
